How much do you charge for your services?
G&A charges on a percentage basis of total revenue collected. This gives us an added incentive to obtain the maximum revenue due, and to do so in a timely manner.

How are adjustments and write-offs managed?
We only take adjustments from insurance companies that are in direct relation to your contract. Other adjustments require physician's approval to be made. This ensures good, honest record keeping.

How can I be sure that my claims are being handled ethically?
G&A always submits claims as they are reported to us via superbill. If we find there is a way to bill the claim at a higher revenue, the physician will be contacted for approval.

What if the insurance company denies my claim?
Many times claims are denied due to missing relevant information. If further documentation is needed, G&A Medical Billing will contact the client for the missing information and resubmit the claim for payment immediately.
